Endless Summer Night - Cumulonimbus Incus Fingering

  • $37.00

The colour story:

This yarn is dyed the colours of a hot summer sunset, the kind that bursts into colour suddenly, late at night when it's still warm and delicious outside. Hot pinks, blue-purple, tangerine and gold are that bright exuberant sunset on yarn.

As with all hand-made things, there is always some variation between skeins even within dyelots. If you plan to make a larger project, blend your skeins through transition rows.

The yarn story:

Cumulonimbus Incus Sock is the slightly firmer, smoother cousin to Cumulonimbus. It is made from 45% silk and 55% superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool, producing a soft, strong and very smooth yarn. It is well suited to most project types and offers superior drape and sheen to your projects. It is strong enough to make luxurious socks and thanks to the BFL, has the durability for everyday garments such as sweaters, shawls, and other hug-able projects.
