Poirot - Arcus Top
The Colour Story:
Agatha Christie's famous detective, Hercule Poirot, was a precise, brilliant, dandy. One of the things that is always part of his wardrobe is a silver boutonniere with a lovingly chosen bloom. This colourway is white, slate grey and deep purple to call to mind a dove grey suit, a silver buttoniere and deep purple flowers without the need for a valet.
As with all hand-made things, there is always some variation between skeins even within dyelots. If you plan to make a larger project and like a consistent look, blend your skeins as you spin/ply.
The fibre story:
Gloriously soft, fine and lustrous 100% Mulberry silk for spinning or other fibre arts pursuits.
Each skein of hand dyed fluff weighs approximately 57 grams.
